At Ardent Hospice & Palliative Care, we are always looking for ways to enhance the care we provide to make sure our patients are as comfortable as possible when they need help the most. One of the ways we’re able to support our patients is through our No One Should Die Alone Foundation.
Give to NOSDAF & Mark Your Calendars for October 19
On Oct. 19, Ardent is partnering with several local assisted living centers to host The White Autumn Soiree to benefit the No One Should Die Alone Foundation. Tickets are available online for $30 and will include light bites, wine tasting, and live entertainment. We’re planning on a classy, fun night with white pumpkins and twinkling lights to celebrate autumn and the contributions and charity of NOSDAF.
It’s also a time for the professionals in our industry to connect and enjoy an evening out. It gives us the opportunity to form tight-knit relationships so we can refer to each other when we meet patients who need resources beyond our own companies.
The fall affair will be held at the King’s River Winery in Sanger, Calif. and will have entertainment provided by Kingston Bay Senior Living, passed hors d’oeuvres provided by Somerford Place, and desserts provided by Caramel Village Senior Living.
If you’re feeling lucky, you can also participate in our raffle that night, the proceeds of which will go straight to NOSDAF. Prizes will be revealed at the soiree, but you can expect enticing gift cards and gift baskets (including an indulgent wine basket).
Your White Autumn Soiree Attendance & Donations Fund Life Changing Gifts
NOSDAF was created to raise money for families who are unable to be with their loved ones. Through fundraisers and donations from generous individuals and organizations, we’re able to bring hope and peace to patients and their families by providing life-enhancing provisions, enrichments, and memories to last for generations. Whether a patient is without family or needs companionship, help paying a bill, assistance with burial arrangements, or any other form of financial or emotional support, NOSDAF can help. And this is all made possible through generous donations and fundraisers like the upcoming White Autumn Soiree.
Keep an Eye Out for Upcoming Events As Well
Beyond our White Autumn Soiree, you can count on more exciting events given by Ardent. We’ll be throwing a holiday party to raise money for NOSDAF, and will most likely be planning several crafting events like the Build Your Own Terrarium night we held in August. Guests purchased tickets and had all the supplies to create terrariums with succulents and colorful accessories.
We host these events to create a fun atmosphere and give community members a chance to give back to a great cause. With all our events, we do our best to keep costs low (through partnerships and donations) so that the majority, if not all, the proceeds can go to fund the gifts NOSDAF provides to hospice patients and their loved ones.
And because we often partner with assisted living communities, it gives us a chance to build relationships with residents and their families so they know they can count on us in their time of need.
